What a useful RFQ looks like
You do not need to complete every engineering field before contacting us. Start with the information that changes the product: what is being conveyed, whether the belt runs straight or through a curve, belt width and pitch if known, the face/opening, and the drive interface. Add load, speed and environment when available.
For an existing belt, photographs can replace a lot of description. Show the top face, underside, hinge/pin, belt edge, one sprocket engaged with the belt and a wider view of the conveyor path. If the old belt has a readable code, include it as supporting information rather than the only matching basis.

Files and drawings
Useful file types include PDF drawings, exported CAD views, marked-up photographs and spreadsheets containing dimensions or item lists. If your backend form limits file types, the same information can be sent by email. For custom or replacement work, a rough sketch with clear dimensions is more valuable than a polished drawing that omits the drive and guide interfaces.

Common questions
Can I buy one or two retail pieces?
No. 1-2-piece retail orders are not accepted.
Can a new customer request samples?
New-client samples in the 1-5 piece range can be quoted at sample price, subject to the requested configuration.
Can several models be combined?
Multiple models can be combined toward USD 1,500. Special materials or processes can have their own process MOQ.
I do not know the model. What should I send?
Send clear photos, pitch, width, top and underside details, sprocket information and the conveyor application. That is enough to begin a replacement review.
What if I only know the conveyor width?
Send the width plus photographs and the process/application. We will identify which additional measurements are needed rather than guessing.
Can material or compliance documents be supplied?
State the exact document or property required. Availability has to be confirmed for the selected configuration.
Should I include accessories in the same RFQ?
Yes if sprockets, pins, guides or wear strips are part of the replacement or new-build scope. Matching them together can reduce interface risk.
