Use a radius family from the start for horizontal curves. Radius reference configurations include 25 mm pitch with 52% open area and 25.4 mm pitch with 47% and 55% open-area examples. Those references show available family directions but do not define every permissible radius\/width relationship.<\/p>\n

Pitch narrows the belt family and sprocket system, but lateral articulation and guide geometry determine curve behaviour. Never use pitch as the sole cross-reference for a radius belt.<\/p>\n
