Conveyor Wear Strips for Plastic Modular Belts
Low-friction support strips in flat and profiled sections for conveyor frames.
Descripción general de los componentes

Low-friction support strips in flat and profiled sections for conveyor frames.
Treat Conveyor Wear Strips for Plastic Modular Belts as part of the conveyor interface. A reliable quotation starts with the belt or chain identity plus the dimensions and mounting details that this component has to match.
Choose the profile before the cut length

Wear strips support the moving belt or chain and can also locate it laterally. The profile range includes flat strips and directions including L, Z, LK, ZK, T, U, TU, TC, K, H and F. Similar-looking sections can place the belt at a different height or guide position, so profile geometry comes before length.

Mounting and wear behaviour
Record the carrier or frame groove that retains the strip. If the old strip shows strongly uneven wear, include photographs. Uneven wear can indicate misalignment or lateral guide load; duplicating the old strip without checking the conveyor may reproduce the same wear pattern.
Design the support path as well as the strip
Wear strips should support the belt or chain without creating unnecessary drag or a concentrated edge load. On long conveyors, the layout may use several parallel supports; curves and returns can require different sections. Include a frame cross-section or simple sketch that shows where the moving surface touches the strip.
When changing from one profile to another, check the resulting belt elevation and lateral position. A few millimetres of section difference can alter a transfer or guide clearance even when the strip material appears similar.

Preguntas frecuentes
Why do you need the carrier photo?
The same nominal strip width can be retained differently; the carrier helps confirm the section and mounting.
Should I copy a badly worn strip exactly?
Measure an unworn section if possible and show the wear pattern so alignment or guide issues can be considered.
